At Noorcare, we firmly believe that sheltered care, basic education, and compassionate counseling are essential to improving the well-being of every child. For the past 10 years, we have been running a community school in Youhanabad—entirely on our own personal expenses—because we believe education is the strongest and most sustainable tool for transformation.
Youhanabad is a Christian community where we serve on a purely humanitarian basis, without any discrimination of religion or background. Our doors are open to every child, and today we also have 10 Muslim students learning with us. This inclusive environment reflects our core belief: every child deserves dignity, opportunity, and hope
Why Our Work Matters
- Education Support for Pakistan’s Children
According to recent reports, Pakistan continues to face extremely high secondary school dropout rates. During the Covid-19 lockdown, this crisis intensified—many underprivileged children were forced to discontinue their studies. In just one small locality, we identified more than 350 children who had dropped out of school due to financial hardship. Most families could not afford school supplies, uniforms, transportation, or educational guidance.

After a decade of serving the Youhanabad community, we are now ready to expand. Noorcare has acquired a new property, and we plan to establish a larger, better-equipped school to accommodate more children and offer advanced skill-development programs.
